Our Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, envisions a Digital India to bridge the digital divide in our country and further promote digital literacy in order to make development a comprehensive mass movement and put governance within everyone's reach in India. In order to work towards this vision, NITTTR Chandigarh is organizing Techspardha2k18, a unique inititative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for low cost technology for smart village/cities. NITTTR Chandigarh is celebrating the Institute Day on 7th September 2108. On this occasion the institute is organizing Techspardha2k18 for Post Graduate engineering students. Techspardha2k18 is a non-stop digital prototype development competition, where problems are posed to technology students for innovative solution. Techspardha2k18 is a National Level Competition that encourages learning, collaboration, growth, innovation, and fun among student network of technical talent. Through this event, teams will generate ideas, design, prototype, and/or apps to make smart village/cities. It will

• Harness creativity & expertise of students.
• Crow source solutions for improving the quality of life.
• Provide opportunity to citizens to provide innovative solutions to India's daunting problems.

***Techspardha2k18 will have theme on "Low Cost Technology for Smart Village/Cities". The prototype development competition will be of 30 hours for PG Students***
